The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a bathroom shared with a toilet, a kitchen, and a living room. The apartment also includes a cellar space. The apartment unit is located in a quiet area full of greenery, offering pleasant living with a forest right behind the house, while also having complete civic amenities in the vicinity. The rent for 1 person is 6,500 CZK + 2,000 CZK for services (each additional person +500 CZK). The tenant will transfer electricity and gas (only for the stove) to their name. A refundable deposit for the landlord in the amount of 2 rents (13,000 CZK) is required. The commission for the real estate agency is 7,000 CZK. Advance rent is paid. The rental is intended only for decent, working people (proof of employment contract and confirmation of no debts is required). We prefer renting to individuals, couples, or single mothers.
